Your New Role
The International Marketing team is part of the global marketing team at Warner Bros Motion Pictures Marketing. Our department is responsible for marketing strategy and development of international marketing campaigns across creative, digital, publicity, media, research, data, and insights. Works with 60+ countries covering Latin America, EMEA, Asia Pacific and China to ensure effective marketing plans.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant III, International Marketing to provide high-level administrative support for the EVP, International Marketing, including answering calls, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, managing invoicing, department reporting, and select vendor coordination to ensure successful outcomes for the department. The position will support the team in planning and executing International and Regional conferences. An ideal candidate is interested in entertainment marketing as there will be opportunities to support the larger team on film projects as needed.
Your Role Accountabilities
• Updates timelines, distribution groups, and workflow calendars for assigned projects & activities originating out of home office
• Assists in coordination of special events, conferences, and other projects as needed
• Manages executive heavy calendar and schedules meetings, independently or as directed
• Coordinates international and domestic travel and hotel accommodations for executive. Handles all aspects of travel, including expenses reporting.
• Manages and prepares documents including meeting agendas, presentations, and reporting.
• Assists with departmental tasks, including conference room requests, team events, employee recognition efforts and offsites.
• Responsible for department budget invoices as necessary (SAP). Responds to inquiries, audits and codes invoices. Ensures all purchase order requests are signed and entered into the shopping cart. Prepares check requests or expense reports for departmental team.
• Interacts with internal senior executives and their offices, international markets, and external partners as needed.
• Supports and creates presentations and documents using Google Docs, Keynote or MS Office Suite.
• Performs other related duties and/or special projects as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
• BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years previous executive assistant experience in the entertainment field required
• A high level of proficiency with International Travel booking, Concur Expense reconciliation, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Zoom, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint required
• Experience with Warner Bros. internal platforms (Adstream, PIX, Wiredrive, Aspera, BOX) and/or Adobe Creative Suite a bonus.
• Excellent computer proficiency – Mac & Windows: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams
• Demonstrates ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions and change course of action quickly
• Extremely comfortable working in fast-paced environments
• Ability to communicate across multiple external parties simultaneously and prioritize needs and timing accordingly
• Detail oriented with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
• Ability to anticipate needs, be proactive, resourceful and flexible
• Ability to simultaneously handle individual tasks while maintaining perspective on the bigger picture
• Strong people skills, including the ability to work effectively with other executives, assistants, and staff at all levels.
• Exceptional organizational and follow-thru skills with the ability to work on many projects simultaneously.
• Effective communicator, both verbally and written
• Proactive in thinking of ways to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Ability to be flexible with work schedule. Some overtime required.

Pay Range: $42,981.00 - $79,822.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
