Assistant to EVP of Original Programming, Drama

Role Summary:
The Assistant will provide administrative support to the EVP of Original Programming, Drama, at Max, handling tasks such as scheduling, rolling calls, travel arrangements, and liaising with talent and executives. Additional responsibilities include tracking production progress, assigning coverage, and processing departmental expenses.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage heavy scheduling, call management, and travel arrangements for the EVP.
• Track production progress across development, pre-production, production, and post-production.
• Assign and track incoming materials and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain departmental grids to monitor the programming slate.
• Liaise with executives, writers, producers, and talent.
• Handle sensitive documents with a high degree of confidentiality.
• Provide additional support and handle other projects at the EVP's discretion.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of desk/executive assistant experience within the entertainment industry, preferably in programming or at an agency.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
