The Show Experience department is dedicated to delivering an exceptional visitor experience through all interactions and engagements with our guests. Within this department, the Event team is responsible for managing all consumer, corporate, and conferencing activities at Warner Bros. Studio Tour London. The Event department plays a crucial role in the success of the studio tour by driving exciting and compelling event activities. This is achieved by hosting special events for both corporate and consumer visitors, thereby generating incremental revenue through a diverse portfolio of activities.
This role primarily supports the management, coordination, and execution of special events at Warner Bros. Studio Tour London, with a focus on maximising revenue, converting sales opportunities, and delivering industry-leading customer service to both visitors and clients. Responsibilities include client meetings and hands-on delivery of their events. Contracted hours for this position will be 40 per week, including weekend work on both Saturday and Sunday. You will also be required to work evening events. Your normal hours of work will be between 9:00 and 18:00, except during conferencing and event requirements, when your hours will be scheduled to support the activity. You may also be expected to participate in cover of the Studio Tour as necessary including weekend, bank holiday, school holiday and late evening cover in rotation with other team members.
This is a full-time, 6-month secondment/FTC position.
Your Role Accountabilities...
• Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of special events at Warner Bros. Studio Tour London.
• Maximise revenue through effective event execution and conversion of sales opportunities.
• Provide outstanding customer service to clients and visitors, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Proactively identify and act on opportunities to boost sales and improve event outcomes.
• Communicate clearly and promptly to support smooth and efficient operations.
• Attend client meetings and contribute to the practical delivery of their events.
• Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail in all written communications and documentation.
• Prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently.
• Adapt to changing priorities and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues while also working independently when required.
• Uphold industry-leading standards in event management and customer engagement.
• Ensure all events reflect brand values and deliver memorable experiences.
• Support administrative tasks related to event planning and execution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing feedback and ideas to enhance processes.
Qualifications & Experience…
• Experience of working within an event and hospitality department environment at a management level.
• Experience of having worked in an environment where emphasis is placed on service and commercial management.
• IT literate - experience of Microsoft Office Suite would be advantageous.
• Builds strong relationships with clients and colleagues, consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
• Proactively identifies and pursues opportunities to drive sales and enhance event success.
• Communicates clearly and promptly to support smooth and efficient operations.
• Demonstrates precision and attention to detail in all written communications.
• Effectively prioritises tasks and adapts to changing demands in a dynamic environment.
• Works independently and collaboratively, showing flexibility and a team-oriented mindset.
Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work.
