Ecommerce Operations Team Lead

This is a Full Time Job

To assist the leadership of the warehouse that supports Warner Bros. flagship NY store, and our North American ecommerce operations. Our goal is to improve fulfilment of ecommerce orders in the local (US) market. This role will focus on processing incoming stock orders, fulfilling orders, and ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day operation of our ecommerce operation. Ensure any orders that include personalization are fulfilled accurately.

The Daily
• Lead the ecommerce team as they undertake activity including processing incoming orders, stock movement, picking orders, and packing outgoing orders to the store.
• Engaging employees, making sure goals are met, and communicating priorities. They will support the recruitment of ecommerce operatives and support training and ongoing development.
• Ensuring any orders that include personalization are fulfilled accurately, minimizing stock wastage.
• Help manage the efficient flow of inventory through the business and a safe and healthy working environment. Monitor the safe use of machinery and equipment at site. Makes sure that any stock moved around site is accurately recorded in our warehouse management system.
• Ensure ecommerce orders are dispatched to couriers and postal services in an efficient and effective way.

The Essentials
• Experience of supporting the management of a busy ecommerce operation.
• IT literate, including use of warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Able to independently make decisions.
• Well organized and focused.
• Able to communicate with internal and external partners.
• Works as part of a team with a flexible approach.
• Supports all inventory counts at the warehouse.

The Nice to Haves
• Has experience of using ecommerce fulfilment technology including (but not limited to) handheld terminals/barcode readers.
• Use of cages and pallet trucks to move stock and orders around site (training on our specific machinery will be provided).
• Experience with personalization of customer orders.
• Interest in film and television, and if possible, Warner Bros.' Wizarding World franchise.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $35,360 - $64,896.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
