As Director, Organic Growth, you will lead SEO, CRO, and web merchandising strategy for Max.com. Sitting at the intersection of marketing, product, analytics, and regional teams, you'll drive data-led growth, engagement, and conversion across markets.
You will shape the marketing roadmap, provide teams with the tools and frameworks to execute effectively, and ensure alignment across functions while adapting to regional needs. This role demands strong leadership, a test-and-learn mindset, and the ability to influence across teams.
Your Role Accountabilities
Organic Growth Leadership
• Define and lead the SEO and CRO strategy aligned to acquisition and retention goals.
• Champion organic growth in cross-functional forums and planning.
• Align with regional teams to scale best practices and address local challenges.
• Shape the overall marketing roadmap for max.com performance growth.
CRO & Experimentation
• Partner with product to execute a high-impact CRO strategy across the user journey.
• Support regional teams in test ideation and conversion optimisation.
• Collaborate on test launches and insights with the experimentation team.
• Drive a culture of testing and continual improvement.
SEO Strategy
• Lead marketing's approach to SEO, ensuring strong visibility and traffic growth.
• Align with technical SEO teams and support local teams in on-site optimisation.
• Set performance benchmarks and ensure consistent measurement.
Web Merchandising
• Oversee merchandising and localisation for market rollouts and campaigns.
• Ensure content and promotions are relevant and timely for each audience.
• Work with content, creative, and CMS teams to optimise site experience.
• Champion personalisation and tailored journeys across markets.
Skills and Experience Required
• Experience at senior level in digital growth, SEO, CRO, or digital experience roles.
• Track record driving performance for high-profile digital or subscription brands.
• Strong analytical, testing, and performance measurement skills.
• Experience partnering with product, engineering, and UX teams.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex organisations.
Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
