Your New Role...
The Director supports the SVP in driving the project management and execution of International Theatrical Creative Marketing campaigns for key tentpole films for WB international territories. This role works with individual markets to development, create, and execute of all creative audiovisual, print and experiential marketing materials to meet local strategic needs.
Your Role Accountabilities...
• Works with the SVP in the planning, execution, and implementation of creative advertising / marketing campaigns across all WB international territories.
• Collaborates creatively with SVP, International Global Creative Teams, International territories as well as various AV and print agencies to develop audiovisual materials
• Spearheads creative development of Digital Out of Home and in-theater assets.
• Manages day-to-day communication with international territories to ensure consistency and quality across all marketing campaign executions
• In charge of international production timelines and delivery schedules in conjunction with the International Marketing lead and International Offices; also responsible for ensuring materials comply with legal requirements and music is cleared for use.
• Spearheads full cycle Creative Content Day
• Supervises localization for bespoke International creative materials (across AV and print)
• Works closely with internal departments to encourage synergy and implementation of all theatrical Creative marketing campaigns and strategies in WB international offices.
• Manages creative budget information of each project.
• Controls the planning of international content testing; determines testing parameters and handles asset delivery
• Responsible for organizing and maintaining an efficient and accurate workflow system in order to track details for all campaigns
• Oversees presentation materials for senior management team
• Works with VP and Director International Exhibitor Marketing in production of creative materials for international events
• Handles other duties as assigned and special projects involving internal and international requests
Qualifications and Experience...
• BA/BS degree required. Emphasis in Business/Marketing is strongly preferred
• Minimum 8 years' experience in the field of creative marketing or advertising required, in progressively responsible positions, driving interest, viewing and engagement for films and/or series
• Previous experience dealing with multiple International offices required
• Previous experience with developing and executing marketing plans desired
• Previous experience with client management strongly preferred
• Previous experience with managing tentpole properties preferred
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and Powerpoint required
• Final Cut Pro or other video editing software highly preferred
• Experience with PIX, Wiredrive and AdStream preferred
• Must have understanding of various creative material print and AV formats
• Strong communication, presentation skills and positive team collaboration is a must
• Core creative expertise and demonstrates the ability to think broader – understand strategy to deliver big creative ideas that align with audiences and campaign goals and execute tactically
• Expertise in social and digital content best practices, unique creative opportunities across various platforms
• Must have exceptional organizational skills in order to manage continuing flow of information and data, scheduling workflow and projects effectively
• Must have the ability to anticipate senior executive / project needs
• Must have the ability to garner respect and cultivate a team-based environment
• Must have cross-functional knowledge of Theatrical Marketing departments
• Must be knowledgeable about film marketing and have had experience dealing with the international marketplace
• Strong interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with filmmakers, senior executives, colleagues, vendors, clients, talent and other levels of personnel, both oral and written

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $109,900.00 - $204,100.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
