The Corporate Relations & Events team is seeking a detail-oriented, creative, and highly organized professional to support merchandise operations, events, and hospitality experiences. This role plays a key part in enhancing brand presence, elevating workplace culture, and supporting premium guest and employee experiences.
This person will be a dynamic team player, and have strong skills in multitasking, with the ability to seamlessly balance merchandise needs, event support, and hospitality responsibilities in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
Your Role Accountabilities...
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of branded merchandise, employee engagement initiatives, and corporate hospitality programs.
• Conduct research to identify innovative products, trends, and experiences that enhance brand presence and internal engagement.
• Manage inventory, storage logistics, and distribution of promotional materials and event assets.
• Coordinate event logistics including catering, materials, guest access, and on-site support for our hospitality suites.
• Provide general administrative support including scheduling, calendar coordination, meeting preparation, expense tracking, invoice processing, and documentation management.
• Assist with cross-functional communication, project tracking, and maintaining organized records to ensure efficient workflow and execution.
Qualifications & Experience...
• 1-2 years of project management experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in project management, marketing, merchandising or business preferred but not required.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in database applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) are needed. Familiarity with Photoshop/Adobe is a plus, but not required.
• Exceptional organizational skills, coupled with a creative and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills including ability to work effectively with internal and external clients and vendors.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Must have high attention to detail, experience and proven ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop clear, visually compelling presentations.
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over assigned projects.
