Your New Role...
DC Comics is looking for a Coordinator for their Interactive Team. DC is known to have some of the most critically acclaimed and innovative game titles spanning from LEGO Batman, Injustice, and the Batman: Arkham series. This position will work under the Creative Director, Interactive to help shepherd and manage current active live-games and current/future games in development.?
Your Role Accountabilities...
• - Works with game partners to schedule, take notes, manage meetings, and seek approvals on DC aspects of game projects.
• Pulls down, installs, troubleshoots, tests, and provides feedback for game builds, design documents, and other materials.
• Maintains internal DC Interactive database tracking production and release calendars, game builds, lore reference, art, and other assets.
• Reviews lines, scripts, story breakdowns, and visual assets to determine whether the material and characters are aligned to the DC brand guidelines and consistent with the depiction of said characters.
• Works internally and with other departments to perform research, gather reference, art, and other proprietary materials for projects in development.
• Assists in verifying that marketing materials are consistent and representative of game projects in production.
• Keeps up with DC Comics and current developments in DC Publishing for prospective integration of character costumes, new characters, and stories.
• Assists in the creation of portfolio books, art decks, presentations, etc.
• General administrative duties such as scheduling, expenses, travel, etc.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience...
Work Experience
• One to three (1-3) years of administrative experience required, preferable in TV/Film, Animation, Digital Media, and/or Video Games.
• Experience dealing with IT and hardware setup and troubleshooting required.
• Experience with tracking and management programs such as JIRA, Trello, Shotgrid, Confluence, or Monday strongly preferred.
Education
, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is strongly preferred.
Knowledge/Skills
• Must have a solid understanding of general game development along with a familiarity of DC Comics, superheroes, and the interactive medium.
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully (both verbally and in writing) with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Must have the ability to work well under time constraints, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks and project elements simultaneously.
• Must have the ability to understand, handle, and traffic confidential material required.
• Must have the ability to organize and pay close attention to details.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Adobe Creative Cloud software (Acrobat and Photoshop) required.
Preferred…
• Due to the nature of the job the candidate should be able to lift 15 pounds.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $40,768.00 - $75,712.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
