An exciting position has opened with the Compliance team at Warner Bros. Studio Tour - The Making of Harry Potter.
Based at our offices in Leavesden Park, as Compliance Assistant you will support with administration tasks to help deliver globally compliant products to our Warner Bros. Tours and Retail stores and Website. You'll work closely with other members of the team, packaging suppliers and key stakeholders, help manage supplier relationships and produce accurate and detailed reports to support a smooth critical path process.
Role Responsibilities
• Support Key Stakeholders for product development, critical path and packaging, helping facilitate smooth delivery whilst ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Maintain records in relation to safety and regulatory compliance policies and procedures to ensure product safety across multiple markets.
• Help review test reports and relevant documents to identify key issues and make recommendations to support quality and compliance.
• Manage and maintain supplier records including processes and procedures, ensuring all paperwork is current.
• Assist in risk assessment and product development for multiple product categories, including clothing, gifts and toys.
• Provide administrative support to the Compliance team, including but not limited to powerpoint presentations, packaging tracking, supplier set up, filing and building technical files.
Skills & Knowledge Required
• Good communication skills and able to maintain excellent working relationships.
• Highly analytical, with a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Understanding of risk assessment and product safety.
• Highly computer literate.
• Good Microsoft Office skills including use of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• A genuine interest in the retail market.
• Educated to a minimum of A-level standard (or equivalent vocational experience).
Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
