WBD is looking for an experienced marketing professional to fill the role of Brand Campaign Manager. This person will be a Max brand ambassador, gaining a clear understanding of the brand and its role in DTC marketing, and help communicate it to internal teams. This role supports brand strategy, which is responsible for the execution of breakthrough strategies and integrated campaigns for brand, theatrical, sports and news, overseeing the execution of media, stunts and activations with relevant stakeholders, across all consumer touchpoints.
Position Overview:
The Max Brand Campaign Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting strategic campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement and loyalty. The ideal candidate is a strategic planner and skilled communicator who can lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful brand campaigns. Working closely with team members across creative marketing and media, the Brand Campaign Manager will understand communication strategies, key beats, big ideas and the overall strategic framework for our campaigns. They will manage the day-to-day campaign cross-functional planning to help deliver a thoughtful, coordinated and best-in-class marketing campaign in a timely manner.
To be successful in this role, they will need to be highly organized with strong attention to detail. They will also work closely with cross-functional teams across the organization, so a demonstrated ability to build relationships and work collaboratively is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Planning: Develop comprehensive brand campaign timelines and milestones to align with the company's overall marketing objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign goals, target audiences, messaging and key performance indicators (KPIs) are locked down in a timely manner to achieve a successful launch. Drive brand campaign timelines and execution alongside the strategy team.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate efforts across various departments, including marketing, design and product teams, to ensure seamless execution of brand campaigns. Foster collaboration and communication to maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Campaign Execution: Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring all elements are delivered on time and within budget. Monitor progress, manage timelines and troubleshoot any roadblocks that may arise during the campaign lifecycle.
• Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate campaign progress, results and insights to key stakeholders, including senior management. Provide clear and concise updates on campaign performance and the impact on brand goals. Shepherd through approvals as needed.
• Brand Consistency: Work with brand governance to ensure consistency across all campaign materials, including promos, digital assets, advertisements, social media content and event materials, in order to uphold brand guidelines and visual identity throughout campaigns.
• Reporting: Create support materials/documents for internal and external presentations as needed.
• Deliverables: Oversee delivery and versioning of marketing assets.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Understanding of branding principles, marketing strategies and consumer behavior.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Preference for basic experience with video formats and deliverables.
• A deep knowledge of the streaming landscape and WBD's global portfolio.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience managing 360-degree marketing campaigns.
• Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to problem solve/course correct, apply strategic thinking, pivot with changing priorities and needs.
• A solutions-oriented problem solving approach, while demonstrating grace under pressure.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights.
• Proficiency in using analytics and campaign management tools/platforms.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skillset, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $63,000.00 - $117,000.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
