Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden have developed an innovative approach to UK workforce development in Film & TV production, in the form of CrewHQ. Designed to support existing crew, create career pathways for people of all backgrounds, and foster the next generation of talent, CrewHQ is an on-site training centre with a dedicated team delivering below-the-line skills activity for WBD feature films and high-end TV across the UK. In this exciting role, you will support the CrewHQ team to help the training centre run smoothly and efficiently.
Your Role Accountabilities...
• Ensure the training centre is stocked with all items it needs, stationery, and kitchen supplies, ensuring the centre is clean and tidy to deliver a good first impression
• Be the first point of contact for business visitors arriving at WBSL reception for CrewHQ
• Setting up spaces ahead of meetings and training centres with the correct AV equipment, stationery and refreshments as required
• Running the Company P-Card and spreadsheeting costs for accounts
• Preparing registers for all training sessions and printing feedback forms ahead of the sessions. Collating and logging of feedback from all training sessions
• Managing and monitoring the CrewHQ internal calendar and inbox, adding any key event days and replying to any relevant emails
• Liaising with all external supplier,s including the photocopier, water coolers and shuttle bus
• Raising purchase orders in DPO
Qualifications & Experiences...
• Previous experience working in an office environment
• Strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to deal with colleagues at all levels, ensuring the professional image of WBSL is upheld, along with all health and safety regulations
• Flexible in approach and able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends if required
The post is based at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden, five days a week and may involve regional and local travel.
Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
