Cast Recognition & Experience Specialist (CT)

This is a recurring (seasonal-temporary) position, with no guarantee for permanent placement, and no guaranteed minimum or maximum number of hours scheduled per week.
This position will support Recognition and Cast Experience, Managers and Project Managers to develop and execute compelling programs, learning solutions, marketing strategies and communications (e.g. manager recognition training). While program managers have ultimate accountability for program and communication deliverables, this role will provide Cast Recognition and Experience program design and development support, and brand and marketing expertise . They will assist with gathering learning content and developing effective learning solutions, and be responsible for developing engaging, innovative and effective written communications and presentations. Communications assignments include, but are not limited to: presentations, video scripts, training materials, reports, email communications, and web site content.
Responsibilities
• Support managers and project managers with program research, design, development and execution tasks as needed
• Work closely with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and internal teams to conceptualize ideas, design, and produce engaging learning solutions, program communications, and campaigns that create impact and drive change
• Identify innovative and effective marketing and learning strategies and approaches and own development of project briefs.
• Develop engaging written communications, presentations and training materials to appeal to target audiences
Basic Qualifications
• Ability to write compelling learning and coaching programs from existing content to inspire, educate and motivate development
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with willingness to complete variety of tasks based on project needs
• Ability to review survey outcomes and feedback to formulate program recommendations
• Exceptional writing and communications skills, Marketing expertise, Brand Management Knowledge
• 2 years of experience writing for Disney and adhering to brand standards and guidelines
• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills
• Ability to establish creative and innovative marketing strategies and communications to deliver results
• Strong team player with ability to collaborate, take direction from multiple leads and meet deadlines
• Experience creating PowerPoint presentation decks and templates
• Strong knowledge of social platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google and YouTube.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities
• Brand management knowledge
