Full Time Job
Responsibilities:
• Organize and support the VP, Program Planning, Scheduling & Multiplatform and department staff in all administrative duties, i.e. phones, calendar, travel, expenses, ordering, etc.
• Develop familiarity with all projects in the department like competitive reports, stunt brainstorming, reading scripts/providing feedback, creating presentations, screening episodes/movies, etc.
• Learn scheduling systems and serve as back up to linear and digital scheduling team
• Attending staff meetings and documenting agenda items discussed
• Interface with employees for information, research, administrative materials, etc.
• Handle unsolicited material and inquiries.
• Management of special projects as required
Basic Qualifications:
• Passion for pop culture, media, and TV, both linear and digital platforms
• Strong people and organizational skills
• Ability to take direction, problem solve, prioritize and multi-task self sufficiently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Word/Excel/Outlook/Keynote HIGHLY preferred/PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous Network/Streaming Television experience
Required Education
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of work experience
