Full Time Unpaid Internship
Job Summary:
For over 90 years, The Walt Disney Studios has been the foundation on which The Walt Disney Company was built. Today, the Studio brings quality movies, music and stage plays to consumers throughout the world. The Walt Disney Studios releases motion pictures for audiences around the world to enjoy across the Disney, Walt Disney Animation Studios, Pixar Animation Studios, Disneynature, Marvel Studios, Lucasfilm Ltd, 20th Century Films, Searchlight Pictures, and Blue Sky Animation.
Responsibilities:
• Meet with HRBP teams to learn about business priorities while partnering with functional partners (Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Workforce Insights, Talent Acquisition, etc) to form activation strategies.
• Support research, documentation, creation of presentations and learning materials, and project management around our learning and talent solutions created
• Provide ad-hoc support for learning events, meeting facilitation, and other tasks as requested
• Research and develop new and innovative approaches for creative leadership development in production environments
• Develop tool and resources for executive onboarding
• Support custom team building sessions including new leader transitions, offsites, leadership development and skill building workshops
• Research the latest trends in feedback, coaching, career conversations and inclusive leadership
• Support Workday HCM system implementation and change management by actively supporting data needs, communication strategies, career engagement materials, and other projects
• Support End-of-Year performance management activities across all Studios businesses, including supporting supplementary materials, reporting, and administrative technology ad-hoc tasks
• Manage a talent profile update project across all Studios businesses, including stakeholder management, data entry and reporting, and quality and content analysis
Basic Qualifications:
• Strong communication skills at all levels in a corporate environment – written and verbal
• Strategic thinking with creative problem solving skills for a fast-paced, creative environment
• Light graphic design skills, excelling in PowerPoint and Excel to tell stories with data in compelling presentations

Required Education
Working towards or recently completed a graduate degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related.
Additional Information:
Program Eligibility
• At least 18 years of age
• Unrestricted work authorization
• Available full time for 6 months from May/June through December
• Ability to provide own relocation, housing and transportation. Position is located in Burbank, CA.
• Enrolled in a graduate program at a college/university taking at least one class in the semester prior to participation in the internship program, or recently graduated within six months at time of application
