Job Summary:

The Walt Disney Studios distributes worldwide Motion Picture content across various platforms, including but not limited to, Live Theatre, Theatrical Film Distribution (Animated & Live Action), Music, In-Home Entertainment, and Television. The content is also distributed across various brands & banners, such as Walt Disney Pictures, Marvel, Pixar, Lucasfilm, Touchstone, Disney Channel, Playhouse Disney, Toon Disney, ABC, and Disney Cinemagic.

The Human Resources Business Partner team collaborates with executives and business leaders to guide the development of HR strategies that attract, develop and retain talent required to fuel growth. The Human Resources Business Partner Intern will work on projects across the HRBP team supporting all lines of business within Studios.
Responsibilities:
• Partnering with HRBP's to analyze and interpret employee data and develop recommendations to advance employee engagement
• Assisting HRBP's as they partner with HR functional teams and clients on developing and rolling out initiatives around Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging
• Working with HRBP's to develop change management initiatives during organizational restructuring efforts to meet the business needs
• Partnering with the HRBP and functional HR team in evaluating and improving processes
• Other projects as identified by the HRBP team
Basic Qualifications:
• Participating in the planning and execution of change management programs
• Leading and/or participating in process improvements efforts
• Analyzing information, developing recommendations, and building presentations
• Leading and/or participating in presentations to clients

Required Education
Working towards or recently completed a graduate degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related.
Additional Information:
Program Eligibility
• At least 18 years of age
• Unrestricted work authorization
• Available full time for 12 weeks from May/June through August/September
• Ability to provide own relocation, housing and transportation. Position is located in Burbank, CA.
• Enrolled in a graduate program at a college/university taking at least one class in the semester prior to participation in the internship program, or recently graduated within six months at time of application
