Sr. HR Analyst – Crew Production (Project Hire)
Job Summary:

Imagine yourself as a Senior HR Analyst - Crew Production (Project Hire) at Disney Studio Content where your natural passion for working and analyzing data, project management, and process documentation and improvement will ensure the company is enabled to make smart business decisions with the best possible human resources data.
Responsibilities:
• Directly manage and maintain relationships with business partners, vendors, and technical team to gather requirements and translate into data integration specifications
• Document and maintain updates to data values, definitions and structures, partnering with functional and business data owners to communicate impacts to existing HR data structures and usage
• Perform detailed user acceptance testing to confirm data is available and structured as expected
• Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize data and reporting efficiencies, including data audits, translation, and automation.
• Translate complex data from multiple sources to cleanly and accurately support the development of simple, relatable, and actionable insights
• Evaluate and document current process and data flows for efficiency, accuracy and consistency
• Seek to understand business challenges, identify workable solutions and recommendations, and effectively communicate the conditions needed for a successful outcome
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in data management, data governance, Human Resources, or similar role
• Ability to manage projects and work autonomously and make independent decisions to meet deliverables with minimal oversight
• Exceptional ability to present analytics in a way that tells a story and experience presenting insights to non-technical audiences
• Ability to effectively manage agreed upon work deliverables and timelines, agility to adapt to fluid project timelines and business needs
• Ability to take high-level partner feedback and implement into detailed data logic
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to effectively handle and maintain confidential information
• Passion for continuous improvement with a strong desire to continue learning in order to stay relevant to business changes and industry trends
• Desire to work in a collaborative environment, proactively seeking opportunities to connect people and information
• You have high attention to detail, and the ability to independently follow a problem through to root cause
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity and ability to leverage data programs such as: Microsoft, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
Required Education
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Data, IT or related field, or equivalent experience

This is a Project Hire role with an anticipated duration of 7 months and includes benefits.
