We have a few exciting Secretary IV opportunities in different departments within our Studio Marketing team, which you will find listed below. Please indicate on your cover letter which team(s) you are most interested in.
Global Brand Marketing Strategy
This team is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic marketing campaigns for world-class films and series produced by the Studios Content group for theatrical, Hulu and Disney distribution. In collaboration with the entire Studios Content marketing team, the Global Brand Marketing Strategy Team drives consistency and integration with overarching marketing campaign goals to drive box office success and subscriber engagement. This team works closely with all divisions of the Studios Content group and the Disney Media and Entertainment Distribution (DMED) segment.
Global Digital Marketing
This team is responsible for all digital campaigns for the Walt Disney Studios. The team works closely with all marketing teams to design and build a world-class digital 360 interactive campaign to support all theatrical, Hulu and Disney releases.
Integrated Marketing & Synergy
This team leads synergy initiatives and custom multi- platform promotions to drive awareness, engagement and interest for Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures and Disney Plus. The team works with key partners across TWDC and with external media networks to amplify the paid media campaigns and build out media promotions across Theatrical, Disney , Hulu, and Home Entertainment titles.
Responsibilities:
• Heavy meeting coordination, logistics, preparation, invitations and materials.
• Calendar Management; coordinate travel, long range planning and day-to-day meetings.
• Primary contact for all incoming phone calls and communications (both mail and email) for SVP
• Partnering and working extensively with internal departments and external vendors to provide and/or receive necessary information, materials, approvals, updates, etc.
• Supports departmental projects and executives as needed.
• Preparation of all business related expenses using SAP travel proxy role ensuring expense reports are completed and filed in a timely manner.
• Other duties as required.
Basic Qualifications:
• Proficient in PC and MAC
• Keynote experience required
• Excellent Computer Skills required – Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Minimum two years administrative experience at senior management level within entertainment industry
• SAP experience
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines make decisions, change course of action quickly, flexible
• Be able to work in a highly matrix organization (ability to work with multiple leaders; managing work demands from multiple sources)
• Demonstrates ability to ask questions, raise concerns, effective problem solver
• Detail oriented with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
• Exceptional organizational and follow-thru skills with the ability to work on many projects simultaneously
• Effective communicator, both verbally and written
• Positive attitude and the ability to be proactive, resourceful and flexible
• Strong people skills, including the ability to work effectively with other assistants and staff at all levels.
• Team player and easy-going manner to handle varied personalities, responsibilities and assignments.
• Detail oriented with superior organization skills.
• Ability to be flexible with work schedule and to work overtime.
• Passionate about entertainment, including both movies and episodic series content
Preferred Education
• Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent experience
