Our team delivers excellent plan stewardship by interacting with strategy, creative, digital and other marketing team members. In this role, you will work closely as the liaison with our agencies and integrated planning and creative management teams to ensure financial plan objectives are met, updated as direction changes and executed. To be successful in the role, you must possess flexibility and be willing to assume challenges and increased responsibility, as well as ways to improve workflows/increase efficiency, etc. You hold a strong desire to grow within the position, and learn more about Studios Marketing key initiatives and businesses.
Responsibilities:
• Manage linear and digital media ad placement inventory across Disney Studios' campaigns, including the production of all supporting documents and communication to applicable teams. Document Special Event / Sports campaign allocation charts and commercial pod recommendations.
• Work with Theatrical and Disney Finance to coordinate monthly and quarterly spending accruals and consolidated budget documents.
• Collaborate with Theatrical and Disney Procurement teams to reconcile overall monthly budgets and any outstanding invoices.
• In partnership with Sourcing, manage agency audit process and deliverables.
• Partner with Corporate Controllership on ongoing projects and out of state tax implications.
• Manage high level, overall inventory media pacing delivery and under-delivery needs for both Theatrical and Disney contracts (TV, FEP, Digital reserve direct placements, etc).
• Prepare weekly Media Highlight reports for distribution across leadership teams.
• Organize Studios out of home perm inventory allocations across campaigns and proactively anticipates release date shift effects on the schedule.
• Coordinate legal document needs by campaign and on-going redline legal schedule across both direct contracts and tech/data MSAs.
• Occasional PowerPoint/Keynote document preparation.
Basic Qualifications:
• 3-5 years Media and/or Advertising experience.
• Basic knowledge of media deadlines, high level budget management, and other media activation processes.
• Media finance and billing experience (agency or client side).
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple project streams across many campaigns simultaneously.
• Detail oriented with superior organization skills.
• Proficient/Advanced in MS Office – specifically in Excel & PowerPoint and/or Keynote
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with both linear and digital media platforms is a great asset.
• Tableau experience preferred.
