Compensation Specialist (Project Hire)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a new talented Compensation Specialist (PH) to join the Studio Compensation Team! In addition to supporting the administrative needs for of the VP, Compensation, the incumbent will be primarily responsible for analyzing and interpreting personal services agreements to ensure accurate and timely execution of salary actions, options and expiration notifications.
Responsibilities:
The incumbent will partner closely with the Compensation Team, HR Business Partners, Legal, and HR Specialist supporting day to day total rewards related needs including but not limited to the following:
• Maintain contract management tools and databases
• Oversee the reporting of all Studio contracts and deals
• Administration of all contract and executive agreements
• Alert relevant parties in advance of expiration to facilitate extensions and/or renewals
• Publish reports to various secure platforms for access by key stakeholders
• Manage contract workflow including the deal calendar
• Draft deal memos related to agreements and submit to Legal
• Review and verify accuracy of the contracts and deal terms before distribution and execution
• Provide administrative support to the Vice President by executing a wide variety of tasks including calendar management, business travel, expense reports, etc.
• Assist the compensation team with the integrated planning process as needed
• Organize and manage compensation meetings through agenda creation, document management and post-call action items
• Assist the compensation team on new and innovative projects and initiatives
• Administration of the sales vehicle program
• Administration of stationary ordering for the Studio
• Manage vendor invoices
• Coordinate survey meeting hosting when applicable
• Support the compensation team with survey submissions
• Submission of off-cycle bonus (and other) payments as needed
• Perform scheduled and ad-hoc reporting from multiple systems/databases including SAP, Workday, CADMIN, and internal databases
• Serve as casual buyer for the Compensation team
Basic Qualifications:
• A minimum of three years working in Compensation / Payroll / HRIS or Finance.
• Position requires strong analytical skills, familiarity with SAP/WORKDAY (or similar HRIS platforms), demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of data with great attention to detail and the ability to understand and commit to uphold high levels of confidentiality, sensitivity and accuracy.
• Individual must have the ability to assume responsibility and function effectively in a team environment or independently with minimal supervision at times and able to work exceptionally well with executives and internal partners at all levels.
• Must be flexible with changing priorities and must be a quick learner.
• Ability to appropriately prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment with strong focus on attention to detail, meeting deadlines and excellent communication skills.
• Flexible, self-motivated team player with a willingness to support other team members as needed.
• Individual must be skilled with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and general usage skills for database programs.
