Responsibilities:
Make an Impact by...
• Supporting all aspects of the internal training function at Disney Institute
• Supporting on-boarding for all new Cast Members
• Participating in the strategy and implementation required to up-skill our world class facilitation team, accounts team, content design team, and business operations team
• Participating in creation and delivery of professional development for the Disney Institute team
• Record and track performance metrics, communicating results at regular intervals?
• Assist with coordinating logistics for all internal training events at Disney Institute, as required

• Excellent interpersonal skills including a demonstrated ability to build partnerships
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to research and resolve issues with limited supervision
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing demands while producing quality work
• Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast paced, growing business
• Demonstrated pro?ciency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work e?ectively with various levels of an organization
Preferred Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Outlook calendar maintenance and other skills associated with complex scheduling tasks
• Proficiency in a Mac environment
• Experience/comfort in public speaking
Required Education
Junior or senior pursuing a degree in learning and development, human performance improvement or related field; or a recent graduate (within 6 months of your graduation date).
Additional Information:
Internship Eligibility:
• Must be enrolled in a college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR have graduated from college within the past six months OR be currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Professional Internship
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Not have already completed two consecutive (spring/fall) College or Professional Internship Programs
• Must possess unrestricted work authorization
• Must provide full work availability
• Must provide own transportation to/from work
• Current Active Disney cast members must meet Professional Internship transfer guidelines (for Walt Disney World cast members this is no more than four points and one reprimand in the last six months; for Disneyland cast members this is six months of consecutive service and a performance record clear of any disciplinary issues (warnings, suspensions, etc.) for at least six months)
Program Length: The approximate dates of this internship are August 2019 through January 2020. Interns must be fully available for the duration of the internship.
Housing: This internship is located in Orlando, FL. A limited amount of company-sponsored housing is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
