Cast Activities Coordinator (Seasonal)
Provide administrative, event and project support for the Cast Activities, Recognition & Experience team.
Responsibilities
• On-site event support for Cast programs such as Magic Backstage, Mickey's Retreat Events, Canoe Races, Service Celebration, resource fairs, etc.
• Support program-related duties that may include administrative tasks, pre-event prep, inventory, and post-event wrap up.
Basic Qualifications
• Strong interpersonal skills across a variety of audiences
• Ability to communicate in a professional and positive manner in person and over the phone
• Adaptability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a high energy, fast paced environment
• Passion for supporting the Cast across a variety of programs and outreach activities
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Word
• Schedule flexibility, including nights and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
• Casual Buyer experience
• Iron Mountain
Required Education
• High School diploma or equivalent
