We are looking for an experienced candidate to fill the position of Specialist, Enterprise Workforce Technology, based in Hammersmith London.
This department within Workforce Technology is responsible for Production support of HR applications: Candidate/Guest Facing platforms, Applicant tracking systems, Talent Pipeline Systems, Human Resources Management Systems, Integrated Vendor Systems and additional support across other HR platforms.

Responsibilities
• Support issue resolution process, includes monitoring ticket queue, researching/analyzing, resolving and responding to users in a timely manner
• Conduct system research and troubleshooting on source data
• Conduct research and troubleshooting to validate system issues and bug resolutions
• Support release cycle for our systems, including planning activities, testing recommendations to our clients, configuration, testing, and deploying functional release items and assist with end user communication
• Attend meetings and capturing meeting notes
• Assist with system documentation in appropriate repositories, including managing version control
• Coordinate with project partners for resource and timeline coordination
• Partner closely with COE (Center of Excellence) project managers for alignment and coordination
• Minimal travel needed
Basic Qualifications
• Exposure to talent acquisition platforms in a Software as a Service environment including: Candidate/Guest Facing platforms, Applicant tracking systems, Talent Pipeline Systems, Human Resources Management Systems, and Integrated Vendor System
• Ability to investigate, analyze and solve complex problems/issues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, integrated team environment with frequently changing priorities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to follow tasks through to completion and keep team informed on progress
• Strong experience working on teams or other collaborative groups
• Working experience with different software development lifecycles, including waterfall and agile methodologies
• Bachelor degree, or equivalent years' experience
Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of HR processes or systems
• Experience with HR SaaS solutions
