The Walt Disney Company is looking for an immediately available Early Careers / Volume Recruitment Specialist for a 3-6 month interim role to support our UK Intern Programme.
Working in our EMEA Headquarters in west London, you will be supporting the UK Intern programme for 2019 across all Disney businesses, providing Undergraduates of the highest calibre to the organisation. As a part of our EMEA Talent Acquisition team you will work closely with Hiring Managers, Universities and Student applicants on the recruitment of up to 200 12-month internships; from attraction and prescreening through to on-boarding.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
• Experience in managing high volume, fast paced recruitment e.g. Intern/Graduate/Early careers programmes
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and communicate clearly across all levels within Disney
• Expert in outstanding candidate experience – delivering the 'Disney Difference'
• Outstanding organisational and administration skills for detailed reporting, process management, project planning etc
• Experience of using an Applicant Tracking system to manage high candidate volumes through every stage of their journey
• Flexible approach essential for working with several different business types within Disney – Digital / Broadcast / Retail / Corporate
• Project Management experience would also be advantageous
• Able to work on own initiative
This role will be starting in October 2018, through to around February 2019
