Disney General Entertainment seeks a second COVID Testing Administrator (TA) to join the Health & Safety Team on a 20th Television project ramping up preproduction. The primary task is scheduling COVID testing for cast and crew.
The TA position is roughly equivalent to a Production Office Coordinator, and includes additional duties, including but not limited to coordinating onboarding for new production hires with the Vaccination Administrator (VA), monitoring eligibility-to-work status, and coordinating check-in operations on testing days.
The TA is vaccinated and will provide proof of vaccination for third-party verification. They are discreet, will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and follow all applicable laws and regulations regarding the entry and safeguarding of Personal Identifiable Information (PII). Finally, they must have reliable transportation to and from the Fox Studio Lot in Century City, as well as various sites around greater Los Angeles during testing that occurs on location days.
