We have the feature film and trailer having some parts either interlaced throughout or with non-square pixels (Sample Aspect Ratio) which causes visual distortion, making it appear stretched or squeezed.
The editor should re-export the video in a standard resolution with square pixels while making sure that the export settings are configured for a square-pixel aspect ratio (1.0 or 1:1) to maintain its proper proportions. The editor should also upload a progressive video with all clips correctly deinterlaced to remove all interlaced artifacts for a smooth and visually consistent experience for the viewer.
