VREG is looking for a student who is in law school looking for an unpaid internship in its Business and Legal Affairs department as a law clerk. The ideal candidate will have completed his/her first or second year of law school and has taken some coursework relating to Entertainment, Film, Television, Copyright and Trademark and/or have prior experience or an internship at an entertainment company and who have a strong interest in the entertainment business. Duties will include reviewing agreements, conducting research, drafting of memoranda, compiling data/creating charts or logs and performing other duties as assigned.
The right candidate will receive hands-on training in the entertainment industry. We are looking for professional, hardworking, energetic and reliable candidates with excellent communication skills and great attitudes! Students who apply for an internship with VREG must be enrolled in a program which awards school credit for the internship and must be able to work 16-24 hours per week, 2-3 days a week for 12 weeks. This position will report directly to the Vice President, Legal Affairs.
