This is a Full Time Job
Viewpoint Inc., a boutique Talent Public Relations agency, is seeking a Office Manager Receptionist for our Beverly Hills office.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Administrative experience
• Extremely trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Is organized; able to prioritize and problem solve with the ability to anticipate office needs
• Keep calm under pressure in a fast paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Ability to take charge of their tasks and troubleshoot solutions
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Liaise with building management, IT company, venders, and money managers
• Maintain inventory and order office supplies
• Maintain publication subscriptions
• Maintain, update/edit client lists and other internal documents
• Facilitate shipping, mail and supply accounts
• Create expense reports
• Answer phones, greet and assist guests and clients who come to the office
• Manage/recruit interns and on-board new hires
• Support and cover assistant's desks when needed
• Be the general point of contact with anything related to the office.
• BONUS: Able to troubleshoot minor IT issues
