Production Operations Coordinator

This is a Full Time Job

Key Responsibilities:
• • Load and unload vehicles with production and AV equipment
• • Set up and break down gear at event or other production locations
• • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
• • Track, manage, and maintain inventory of production equipment
• • Coordinate logistics to ensure seamless operations from warehouse to site, including routing, scheduling, equipment prep, and on-site coordination
• • Anticipate potential issues before they arise and take corrective actions in real time
Qualifications:
• • Prior experience in event production, AV, warehouse operations, or logistics is a plus but not required
• • Self-motivated: Able to spot what needs to be done and take initiative-whether that's prepping gear for the next load-out, improving warehouse workflow, or jumping into on-site support without being asked
• • Critical thinker: Comfortable analyzing complex situations-like adjusting setups when unexpected venue constraints arise or troubleshooting last-minute equipment issues under pressure
• • Organized and detail-oriented: Able to maintain meticulous checklists, ensure all gear is accounted for, and prep events according to detailed specs without oversight
• • Strong logistical coordination: Demonstrated ability to manage timing, transportation, and personnel flow from planning through execution. Bonus points for experience with routing software, calendars, or task boards
• • Physically able to lift and move equipment (up to 55 lbs.)

• • Flexible schedule, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends when necessary
• • Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced production environment
