Vod Assistant (6 Month Ftc)
VOD Assistant
6 month fixed term contract
We are looking for a competent, self motivated individual, to join our VOD team on a fixed term basis, assisting in delivering and troubleshooting Play Plex.
Key Responsiblities
• Utilize What’s On CMS to manage VOD deliveries for publication across Play Plex apps ahead of global launch
• Oversee and troubleshoot issues relating to file transfer, raising with relevant workflow teams when necessary
• Liaise with global team and manage delivery priorities
• Be adaptable to work with the team to deliver against new VOD initiatives, whether that is new Platforms, schedules, commercial deals or development
• Work with Play Plex and local VOD teams to establish and build delivery procedures for Play Plex apps currently live
Role-Specific Skills/Attirbutes
• Prior experience of Channel Management Systems
• Keen attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
• Planning and organisational ability
• Keen eye to detail in creative and operational tasks
• Excellent communication skills, adept at liaising with a range of different stakeholders across an international organisation. Identifying issues and problem solving
• Good knowledge of the evolving VOD environment and an informed view on future developments
• An understanding of Viacom International organisational structure and operational processes is desirable
• Passionate about TV and creating its future
• Good Microsoft Office skills including in particular experience of Outlook, Excel and Word
• An aptitude for systems and workflow processes
