Overview
Provide operational and logistical support to the team responsible for managing the NY Broadcast Center studio operation. Work closely with production clients, Production Managers, Technical Managers, Scheduling, Operations Finance, Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Management.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate and manage expense reports via ChromeRiver;
• Effectively communicate ViacomCBS policies and procedures to over 300 employees;
• Provides stellar support while demonstrating problem-solving skills and excellent customer service by opening and tracking request through the IT Service Portal;
• Creating POs for technical equipment and supplies;
• Assist in developing budgets and budget reports;
• Tracking personnel utilization and studio schedules;
• Ensure the accuracy of weekly payroll uploads;
• Working with Accounts Payable to ensure accurate and timely payment to our vendors;
• Liaison with Production Managers to assist in the creation, phasing, and billing of work orders in MediaPulse;
• Work on ad-hoc special projects across all departments.
Basic Qualification
• 1-2 years of experience in a television production environment;
• Strong organizational and communications skills;
• Work well with senior management, producers, directors, on-camera talent, technical staff, etc.;
• Must be able to function efficiently in a faced paced environment and under tight deadlines;
• Flexible schedule which includes nights and weekends;
Education
High School or GED.
Preferred Education
College Degree.
