We are looking for an organized and detail- oriented senior coordinator to join our team! The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for candidate engagement, scheduling, setting up weekly reports for our HRBP€™s as well as ensuring resumes and candidate profiles along with offer letters and background checks are done in a timely manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Distribute candidate resumes and profiles for hiring managers to review against there open roles
- Guide hiring managers on best practices related to hiring at the local TV stations
- Facilitate all offers for on-air hiring across local CBS TV stations ensuring all candidates are tracked in our ATS
- Correspond with applicants, HRBP€™s, and Hiring Managers to arrange interviews and meetings in a timely and professional manner.
- Point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Update all requisitions in our ATS ensuring offer letters and BG checks are done accurately and timely
- Coordinate candidate travel (when necessary and approved)
- Create weekly reports for leadership team to have oversight on time to fill, snapshot of candidates interviewed as well as weekly hires
- Provide service with a consultative approach, follow up and follow through
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
Basic qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience

- Attention to detail and accuracy is critical to the success of the person
- Must be able to multi- task as well as support multiple requests at one time
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to be proactive and take initiative, as well as strong follow up on all areas of responsibility
- Up to date on business and industry related topics and hiring trends, as well as recruiting tools
- Must be nimble and comfortable with change to respond to business needs
- Manage multiple priorities and competing demands
