Nightside Production Coordinator, Multiplatform Production, ViacomCBS Streaming
The Multiplatform Production team manages the owned and operated sites and apps of ViacomCBS's top brands, including MTV, Comedy Central, BET, BET , VH1, Paramount Network, TV Land, Logo, CMT and Smithsonian.
Job Description:
The nightside production coordinator is part of the Multiplatform Production team, and responsible for creating, curating and scheduling ViacomCBS's owned and operated sites and apps. Working with multiple schedules for multiple brands, they coordinate, build and schedule video clips and episodic content in collaboration with the editorial and design teams. The production coordinator has excellent project management and communication skills, which are necessary for close collaboration with multiple internal teams. They have the ability to juggle competing priorities, meet deadlines, thrive in an extremely fast-paced environment and work autonomously. They also have a keen eye for detail.
The nightside production coordinator works evening hours, except for show production dark weeks.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and prioritize asset production for weekly/nightly shows
• Be the point of contact for all overnight production
• Manage all overnight workflows for weekly/nightly shows
• Coordinate with brand partners
• Conduct quality assurance of content on our sites and apps
Requirements:
• Detail-oriented
• Learns new tools and systems quickly
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous projects
• Flexible schedule to help with night, weekend and holiday hours coverage as needed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literate
• Capable of problem solving
• Knowledge of the entertainment industry
Preferred:
• Working knowledge of content management systems
• Photoshop and web production skills
