Manager, Talent Acquisition - Early Career Recruitment & Programs - Technology

The Talent Acquisition – Early Career Recruitment teams' mission is to serve as a dedicated and strategic pipeline for early career and future leadership talent. You will help support our best in class internship program, early career rotation programs and full time entry-level roles.
You will be responsible for driving recruitment and programs for our Technology teams. You must work as a self-starter and change motivator with the ability to build and execute against team initiatives. This role is a contributing member of the Early Career Recruitment leadership team that optimally embodies and promotes the culture and core values of ViacomCBS. This position will report to the VP, Early Career Recruitment & Programs.
Your Day-to-Day:
Recruitment
• Lead full cycle recruitment for early career full time roles, internships and early career rotation programs within tech function.
• Serve as talent advisor to build an inclusive outreach and recruitment process ensuring diverse candidate slates, partnership with hiring managers and program champions.
• Set strategy and drive execution for recruitment partnerships with internal and external tech partners (e.g. Universities, Professional Organizations, DEI Organizations) crafted to generate of a pipeline of top talent.
• Represent at internal/external Campus & Recruitment events.
• Stay current on recruiting methodologies and is always be benchmarking with peers and business leaders.
• Help drive and support CRM strategy and pipeline efforts for campus/early career tech.
• Proactively explore new and evaluate current tools, techniques and technologies to build intern and talent communities.
Program Development
• Collaborate with team to build and execute suite of programming for internship program and early career rotation programs, crafted to increase business knowledge and professional development.
• Responsible for ideation and execution of tech specific programming.
• Stay current on early career methodologies and benchmark with peers, students, faculty / administrators, and business leaders.
Management Responsibilities
• Management Responsibilities for 1-2 employees.
• Collaborate with team on developing and cultivating vision for the Early Career & Programs strategy.
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum of 7 years in functional areas, such as: recruiting, university/early career talent management.
• Demonstrated experience in tech recruiting.
• Bachelor's degree, preferred degrees in related field to Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Sociology, Communications.
Additional Qualifications:
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously yet be an effective teammate.
• Strong organizational and process orientation skills; Detail and deadline oriented with great time management skills.
• Positive relationship building skills and the ability to quickly form partnerships across all levels of the organization.
• Proven good judgement, critical thinking and approach.
• Familiarity with ATS technologies (e.g. SuccessFactors) and HR/recruiting products (e.g. video interview, assessments).
• Demonstrate flexibility and resourcefulness; ability to successfully work under in fast pace environment.
