The Manager, Strategy Operations is responsible for driving the core operations and initiatives on behalf of the team. You must work as a self-starter and change catalyst with the ability to build and execute against team initiatives. This role is a contributing member of the Early Career leadership team that effectively embodies and promotes the culture and core values of ViacomCBS. This position will report to the VP, Talent Acquisition – Early Career Recruitment.
Your Day-to-Day :
Project Management & Operations:
• Liaison with HR Operations & other key partners (e.g. Payroll, HRIA, PD, Tech) to support centralization and efficiencies across Internship and Early Career hiring needs.
• Drive processes across all core programs related to systems and recruitment cycles.
• Serve as point of contact for internal communications and liaison with team on external communications and branding initiatives.
• Analyze, track and generate reports on internship and early career recruitment metrics, (e.g., outreach return on investment, intern conversions, diversity outcomes, pass through rates, time to fill, client happiness).
• Help drive and support CRM strategy and pipeline efforts.
• Proactively explore new and evaluate current tools, techniques and technologies to build intern and talent communities.
Program Development
• Partner with team program managers to design and execute core professional development training for internships and rotation programs.
Recruitment
• MBA Internships - Lead life cycle of intern recruitment for multiple functions/locations.
• MBA Leadership Rotation Program – Lead full cycle recruitment; run all aspects of program (outreach/recruitment through off boarding).
• Stay current on Recruiting methodologies and is always benchmarking with peers and business leaders.
• Serve as talent advisor to ensure diverse candidate slates, inclusive outreach and partner with program champions, represent at internal/external events.

• Collaborate with broader team on developing and cultivating vision for the Talent Acquisition and Early Career Recruitment strategy.
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum of 7 years in relevant functional areas, such as: talent acquisition, human resources, internship/early career recruitment, project management.
• Proven organization, project management abilities and data agility.
Additional Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree preferred in related field to Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Sociology, Communications.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously yet be an effective teammate.
• Strong organizational and process orientation skills; Detail and deadline oriented with great time management skills.
• Outstanding relationship building skills and the ability to quickly form partnerships across all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated good judgement, strategic/critical thinking and approach.
• Solid understand of ATS technologies (e.g. SuccessFactors) and HR/recruiting products (e.g. video interview, assessments.
• Demonstrate flexibility and resourcefulness; ability to successfully work under in fast pace environment.
• Prior recruitment, BBI/competency based recruitment.
