Full Time Job
This position is responsible for supporting the facility maintenance and building infrastructure operations for the ViacomCBS Cloud Computing Center (CCC) located in Hauppauge, NY. This location is a critical 24/7 facility that will be the central location for ViacomCBS broadcast and Data center operations. Manager will assist in coordination, implementation, and evaluate daily facilities activities. Includes the upkeep of space, maintaining critical building systems and equipment, support construction projects, and supervising building services. Work is performed independently with general supervision by Director of Facilities.
Principal responsibilities
• Supervise the maintenance staff and vendors that support the employee population at this 24/7 critical location. Develop and lead all aspects of preventative maintenance vendors, implement procedures, policies, and frequencies.
• Daily oversight and coordination of work performed by facilities maintenance technicians and vendors. Ensure adherence to ViacomCBS facilities policies and procedures. Meet with facilities maintenance personnel daily to identify upcoming events, projects, and review issues. Review daily walk-through sheets of all critical building equipment submitted by Facilities Technicians and vendors.
• Support quality control inspection and develop reports related to work being performed by maintenance staff as dictated by established maintenance schedules.
• Maintain inventories to ensure staff members are appropriately equipped to perform their job functions.
• Ensure that emergency response equipment is accurately situated and up to date throughout the building.
• Assist with assignments and organize workload for all maintenance shifts to include evening, overnight, and weekend services.
• Understand specific COVID-19 cleaning services being provided and align with ViacomCBS (Return To Office (RTO) plans.
• Support special projects and events to ensure all facilities services are being provided.
• Interact with various maintenance staff on overlapping shifts to ensure information relays are seamless
• Develop and implement monthly schedules for facilities maintenance staff to ensure coverage for all shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Support projects and upgrades from the start-up to closeout, construction document analysis.
• Back up contact support for building emergencies, i.e. power outages, equipment failures, weather related issues, etc. Ensure security procedures are implemented and that communications and systems are up to date.
• Supervise purchase orders, invoice processing, and vendor contract compliance.
• Provide supervision and oversight to all Facilities Technicians in the building and ensure that they perform their work correctly and efficiently. Ensure that the maintenance staff has the proper tools and training to perform their duties effectively and safely. Balance supervision and oversight between staff employees and outsourced personnel to ensure job duties are being fulfilled.

Basic Qualifications
• Critical building systems knowledge. Experience with generators, ATS, switches gear, BMS & Fire alarm systems, UPS etc.
• Broadcast /Data center facility experience.
• Conduct safety training courses for personnel.
• Experience with blueprint and construction documents is necessary, including recognition of general construction, HVAC, BMS, electrical and plumbing drawings.
• 3-5 years leadership role.
• 5-7 years experience overseeing contractors and vendors.
Additional Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of building and fire codes required.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and lead multiple tasks.
• Excellent follow up, written and verbal communication skills required.
