Freelance Job
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing the day-to-day general logistics, and working on some assigned projects for the SVP of Audio & Podcasting.
Daily Duties
Daily duties will include heavy calendar management, meeting organization and notetaking, preparing T & E's
Typically, the meeting schedule is full, and re-prioritization and communication are required.
Screen and prioritize email messages
Respond to inquiries, resolve issues and follow up with necessary information.
Manage select assigned projects, including for example, whitespace research, pitch deck research/presentation building, etc.
Quality check podcast both live and before publishing.
Assist with coordinating external meetings.
Communication and Teamwork
Assist and work with other departments on an as-needed basis in a manner that will maximize efficiency.
Ensure frequent communication to SVP, team members, and other parties, to ensure all affected parties are aware as changes occur.
Working effectively with people of all levels inside and outside of the company is required. Building good working relationships and effective communication are critical to effective performance.
Additional Qualifications
Must have awareness of ViacomCBS brands and love of podcasting
Strong written and oral communication skills and organization skills are mandatory
Ability to multitask, attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and a sensitivity to confidentiality
Must be self-motivated, assertive, flexible, confident, conscientious, diplomatic, able to work independently
Excellent organizational and time management skills are required to deal with the diversity of projects
Must be extremely reliable, dependable and responsible
Must possess a very positive, upbeat & ''can-do'' attitude
Must be a team player with the ability to build and maintain good working relationships
