Overview and Responsibilities
The ViacomCBS Trade marketing team is a creative and tactical organization that delivers an ‘always on’ marketing strategy for ViacomCBS and its audiences which include Advertisers, Marketers, Distributors and Content Partners, Investors, Current and prospective employees, and all those interested in the collective ViacomCBS story. It is this team’s responsibility to insure our trade and corporate audiences know what sets us apart, our strategic vision, and key successes as we deliver upon that vision. This team aspires to be the most creative trade marketing team in the industry and requires a leader who will live that vision every day.
ViacomCBS seeks an entry-level marketer who is motivated by the unique opportunity to build and scale the story of ViacomCBS, as we continue to evolve and shape ourselves and the industry. The Coordinator will support various internal and external assignments for ViacomCBS, working closely with the Ad Sales, Distribution Content Licensing , TA, OGI and Brand teams. You will support trade and corporate marketing initiatives that are aligned to the strategic objectives of the company and its brands.

Day-to-day responsibilities:
• Support project management of campaigns by collaborating with internal functional teams across social, editorial, creative, communications and events; coordinate project timelines, budget allocations, and materials creation
• Support marketing ideas designed to highlight the creativity, thought-leadership, talent and innovation of ViacomCBS
• Collaborate with team to create campaign briefs for key stakeholder-driven initiatives
• Maintain ad sales website by creating content and tracking usage metrics to find opportunities for improvement
• Work with ViacomCBS Editorial team to pitch stories and content on behalf of our partners
• Work with ViacomCBS Digital & Social team to brief in / ideate social and paid media support on behalf of our partners
• Assist in creation and maintenance of collateral, sales decks, and swag
• Prepare reports/recaps of ViacomCBS Marketing campaigns and events and support partner reporting and feedback
• Support team with basic administrative duties including but not limited to raising of POs, budget tracking, and team event coordination
Basic Qualifications
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or communications
