The Retail and eCommerce Marketing team focuses on the development of a full range of omni-channel marketing programs to support ViacomCBS Consumer Products business at retail. The Coordinator role will have a hand in many aspects of bringing Retail Marketing programs to life including ideation, execution, asset development, project management, timelines, organization, and presentation development!
Responsibilities:
• Supports the day-to-day management of marketing campaigns for various eCommerce accounts, primarily on Amazon
• Supports Manager and Director on all elements of marketing execution including in-store, digital, social and experiential activations including:
• Coordinating all samples, imagery and priority product lists required for marketing creative development
• Assists with campaign management on Amazon Advertising platform, including optimizing paid search, brand store merchandising, publishing Amazon Posts, monthly invoice reconciliation, and regular timely reporting.
• Assists with creation and submission of creative briefs and handling the creative process with the Global Creative Group, and external digital and social agencies
• Briefs and manages creative schedules for all e-commerce, social, and experiential creative development
• Routes and reviews all creative for approval to both internal and external stakeholders, such as Franchise Planning, Retail Development, and Global Creative Group, and manage respective budgets
• Routes all 3rd party marketing (e. g. Retailers, Licensees etc.) through internal routing processes
• Manages all meeting agendas, status documents and materials required for meetings including meeting summaries
• Supports Retail Development team with retail meeting requests including development of any pitch materials including marketing campaign ideation
• Maintains Retail Marketing calendars across assigned retail accounts and properties
• Creates promotional recaps, inclusive of all marketing elements and results for each campaign
• Day-to-day budget management including raising PO's, reconciling monthly invoices, maintaining budget documents and trackers
• Liaise with our agency to facilitate campaigns, in support of our DTC sites
• Assists on other projects as needed
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree (Business or Marketing concentration preferred)
• 1-2 years experience in Marketing or Retail Sales
• Fluent in social media/influencer marketing
• Experience in creative programs such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to create and modify creative graphics
Additional Qualifications:
• Interest in entertainment and passion for the ViacomCBS brand and properties
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc)
• Experience/knowledge of Consumer Products business and/or retail landscape preferred
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively work with all levels of management
• Ability to handle multiple high-priority tasks
