Client Solutions team is a high-energy, fast-paced team within the ViacomCBS Digital Integrated Marketing division focused on developing custom media solutions that demonstrate the full scope of ViacomCBS's digital portfolio of assets to generate revenue. We interface directly with the digital ad sales team and function as externally-facing, client-focused marketing experts.
The Coordinator on the Client Solutions team plays a critically important role in supporting the strategic creative and data-driven approach ViacomCBS takes to the advertising market across assigned holding companies. The ideal candidate is a creative, collaborative, and meticulous teammate. This individual supports the Client Solutions team to help ideate and develop innovative and creative sponsorship solutions for clients that are engaging, drive revenue and provide significant solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in creative development, presentation, and project management, supporting the Client Solutions team's work with the advertising sales team.
• Manage internal meetings and maintain an ongoing dialogue with Sales, Digital Strategy teams, and other internal departments to facilitate concept developing
• Work cross disciplinarily to address client feedback and/or changes to a marketing proposal/concept
• Participate in the brainstorm and development of new marketing programs for sales!
• Keeper of all department organizational documents including tracking documents, timelines, status sheets, and the sponsorship portal
Key Projects:
• Manage and curate the entire RFP submission process from start to finish ensuring an even flow of communication among all collaborators
• Help brainstorm and collaborate to develop integration and sponsorship opportunities including but not limited to standard sponsorships, custom content, digital and social campaigns, etc.
• Act as a key contact for the Client Solutions Marketing team, collaborate with teams across the company including Ad Sales, Programming, Creative Services, Sales Planning, Business Affairs, Digital, and Social in order to develop custom marketing solutions
• Stay up to speed on trends and solutions in assigned industries!
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree
• 1-2 years experience in Ad Sales, Integrated Marketing and/or agency experience (strong internship experience considered)
Additional Qualifications
• Diligent, organized, and extremely creative
• Expertise in Keynote and PowerPoint as well as MS Office suite
• Upbeat, can-do, proactive, and positive demeanor, calm in fast-paced, and completely comfortable in an ever-changing environment
• Passionate about brand storytelling and innovations in digital marketing and communications
• Strong aesthetic/design ability is a huge plus
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to internal tracking systems and procedures
