ViacomCBS Human Resources is seeking a HR Coordinator to support Global Studios & Production HR Team. The incumbent will provide critical support in administration and day-to-day HR operations working directly with Human Resource Business Partners (HRBP), client business leaders, and ViacomCBS HR Strategic Services partners.

Come join our incredible HR team where you will be responsible for providing key support to Human Resources Business Partner teams. You will handle and lead all of the day-to-day administrative & analytical data operations to ensure the department runs efficiently and effectively.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain accurate appointment calendars, contacts and meeting-specific distribution lists via Outlook
• Ensure team has all necessary resources to successfully manage their work
• Manage all supplies, equipment, maintenance, services, and shipping
• Coordinate with IT department to maintain systems and equipment
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, appointments, offsites, presentations, luncheons and/or dinners
• Provide support by assisting in creation and maintenance of collateral, decks, and swag
• Coordinate and book all business travel, seminars, retreats, conventions and luncheons
• Prepare, submit and file T&E reports
• Gather and distribute materials, documents, timelines, status sheets, and information as needed including design and updating of departmental documents, charts and forms via Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Liaise with departments/assistants on all relevant needs and issues as determined.
• Prioritize the dissemination of broad HR communication to our team and clients
• Track and process the HRBP's monthly expenses and invoices in partnership with Finance
OTHER DUTIES INCLUDE:
• Assist Senior HRBP with high level projects and initiatives (i.e. job levelling, survey results action planning, performance management, training, restructuring).
• Prepare data reports for the Senior HRBP on an ongoing or as-needed basis; includes employee demographics, org charts, turnover rate, diversity stats, survey data, and ad-hoc projects as requested.
• Possess basic HR knowledge to understand company policy in order to provide direction to assist with employees' questions and or refer to the appropriate resource(s).
• Partner with the various strategic services departments (HRIA, Business Practice Team, Recruiting Team, L&D, legal and labor etc…) on data input, report requests, and other administrative support functions.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources as an Assistant or Coordinator
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel; PeopleSoft/Oracle; tech savvy
