WHAT IS THE ROLE

Responsible for providing D&I related support to Viacom’s Office of Global Inclusion (OGI), reporting directly to the Senior Director, Global Inclusion Strategy based in London. The Coordinator will be an efficient organiser and adept networker. They will represent OGI’s needs and have frequent contact with high level VIMN Executives, external organisations, and domestic and international Employee Resource Group leaders and core teams.
• Aids the Senior Director, Global Inclusion Strategy with coordinating D&I initiatives and assists with executing department (OGI) initiatives
• Keeps up-to-date on diversity and inclusion recent research, UK & Global trends
• Researches and assists OGI with the coordination of special projects and events, as necessary
• Provide support on data collation & data analysis for external D&I reporting and benchmarking
• Maintains and updates D&I policies, procedures and forms, as required
• Provides administrative support for the Global Inclusion Advisory Committee (GIAC) meetings from an international perspective
• Assists with preparing documentation, along with supporting materials for VIMN meetings, events, items, or activities and preparing presentations
• Becomes familiar with VIMN department initiatives and assists employees in implementation
• Assists VIMN’s 5 Employee Resource Groups in delivering their strategic action plans
• Coordinates ERG annual budgets and manages an overall ERG annual budget overview
• Maintains up-to-date records of contact lists for internal and external comms
• Composes and drafts routine correspondence for internal and external comms
• Researches articles, appropriate & timely content for VIMN’s intranet
• Maintains an efficient paper and e-filing system for record management
• Schedules meetings, trips, appointments and organises business travel arrangements
• Processes expense reports and supplier invoices using VIMN accounting/procurement systems

WHAT SKILLS DO YOU NEED
• Great at building and maintaining strong relationships internally and externally
• The ability to multitask a variety of tasks in a fast paced environment
• Extremely organised with excellent attention to detail
• Proactive and confident to use your initiative
• Strong experience in creating clear and engaging PowerPoint Presentatoins
• Strong, proven experience of working with Excel and completing data analysis
