The Coordinator, Consumer Marketing will support the MTV Entertainment Group's Consumer Marketing team (Comedy Central, MTV, Paramount Network; CMT, Logo, Pop TV, Smithsonian, TV Land, VH1) by assisting with media plan development, execution, and reporting for original series and specials!
Candidates should be comfortable working in a hybrid and fast-paced environment and have a general understanding and passion for marketing and the entertainment industry. Candidates also should possess excellent communication, organization, and creative problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Consumer Marketing team in the planning and execution of paid media campaigns across the MTV Entertainment Group
• Responsible for requesting campaign assets across all media (TV, Digital, OOH, Audio, Connect Devices, Print, etc.), ensuring they are tagged out to spec with essential messaging and graphic elements
• Manages delivery of assets for all media types, and responsible for monitoring and updating their status across internal planning documents
• Creates and issues traffic instructions for TV, Digital, and Audio creative, ensuring meticulous accuracy
• Assist with creating and updating campaign planning and recap documents (one-sheets, decks, flowcharts, etc.)
• Responsible for Shared Drive maintenance, and collecting, saving and distributing reference documents as directed
• Gather and distribute materials, documents and updates to internal teams and external agencies
• Assist with award entries as needed, collecting assets and coordinating final submissions
• Assist with meeting scheduling, VC setup, screen shares, liaise with IT, etc. as needed
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree (Communications or Marketing preferred)
• 1-2 years of experience in media or marketing, preferably in TV/entertainment (strong internship experience considered)

• Ability to multitask in a high pressure, fast paced environment while working in a hybrid work model
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work overtime with short notice
• Well versed in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent people skills
• A desire to learn about entertainment marketing, media planning and the industry at large
• Ability to prioritize and be flexible
• Experience with Photoshop and an eye for design
• Enthusiasm for entertainment and pop culture
