This is a Maternity cover role, fixed term contract
As the Commercial Allocations Coordinator you will be working within the Traffic Operations team in Brisbane, bringing your experience as a well organised and hardworking person
More specifically you'll be doing things like this;
• Taking responsibility for the allocation of key numbers to the Client Campaigns
• Liaise with Traffic Operations, Sales, Content Services and On-air Presentation
• Ensuring adherence to client's instructions for broadcast
• Ensure that material is on hand and CAD approved
• Building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Checking commercial placement to ensure it meets classification requirements set out in the Code of Practice
What are we looking for? What's essential??
• Experience in a Sales operations or traffic role in a TV network (ideal)
• Experience working with IBMS (ideal), Excel & Microsoft suite
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise issues
• Ability to work with a number of different stakeholders with varying agendas and priorities
• Very strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Extra points for the following, but not necessarily required:?
• Experience in a similar role within a TV traffic team
• A genuine interest in television and Network 10 shows
