Overview
We are seeking an Associate Manager of Product Marketing to join the Product Marketing team on Paramount . This candidate will be responsible for overseeing core parts of the product roadmap, bringing new product features to market, and managing existing marketing channels to drive the growth of the business. We are looking for a teammate who can manage multiple workflows effectively and has passion for the streaming media space. The position will report directly to the Senior Manager, Product Marketing. This role can be in either LA or NYC.
Responsibilities
• Manage the creation and the planned release of each piece of content on-site and in-app from start to finish
• Plan, implement, and monitor campaigns with platform partners such as Amazon, Apple, Google, and Roku
• Conduct analyses of purchase funnel performance
• Perform, analyze, and make recommendations for A/B testing both on-site and in the purchase funnel
• Advocate for decisions backed by data using multiple data sources from tech stack, external partners and internal resources
• Explore new opportunities for potential growth of the product, such as student, military, and other discount programs, extended free trial offers, and new product features
• Maintain essential campaign documents including deliverables, spreadsheets, calendars, one-sheets and decks
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or similar field
• 2 Years of Product Marketing Experience
Additional Qualifications
• Experience with analyzing critical metrics on an ongoing basis to ensure that campaigns are improving return
• Ability to work across teams to understand & map out customer journeys and touchpoints across devices and platforms
• A self-starter with stellar organizational skills and strong attention to detail with an ability to prioritize and manage workloads, working across multiple campaigns at any given time
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – ability to analyze and make recommendations
• Mastery of Excel and/or Google Sheets and PowerPoint and/or Google Slides
