Overview
Integrated Marketing, Digital Strategy represents the voice of our business units within the digital ad sales organization. The team is charged with market positioning, demand generation, opportunity development, and the post-sale activation of custom media solutions.
The Associate Manager of Digital Strategy, Social Solutions, will support our growing Social business. The Social Solutions team is responsible for developing and advancing social sponsorship strategy for the ViacomCBS brands, empowering and educating Integrated Marketing and Sales on social solutions for brands, and innovating and improving our social offerings in response to evolving client needs. The Social Solutions team manages the sales process from ideation to execution, including paid media efforts, for sponsored campaigns that run on social media platforms.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions-oriented, and thrives in this fast-paced and quickly evolving marketplace. This role will support the Social Solutions business unit leads focused on post-sale, research, and reporting, working across the ViacomCBS portfolio of brands.
Responsibilities
• Manage the post-sale execution of all ViacomCBS Snapchat programs, including monitoring delivery against goals and coordinating internal communications to ensure a smooth campaign
• Support Twitter Amplify programs across ViacomCBS, with a focus on coordinating campaign set up, and on post-campaign reporting needs
• Assist with paid media across social platforms, identifying and coordinating any necessary adjustments to content or paid strategies to ensure peak performance for our clients
• Own delivery monitoring and metric reporting for social campaigns executed by the Social Solutions team
• Act as the sales social research lead, identifying our best stories across platforms and IP to be used for sales requests and marketing collateral, with an expertise in multiple social analytics platforms
• Assist with day-to-day and team advancement projects (e.g. internal process audits and improvements) that create new efficiencies and improve work quality.
• Possess a desire to thrive in a rapidly changing environment that evolves with marketplace needs and conditions.
Basic Qualifications • Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years experience in social, digital media, or relevant marketing or analytics field
• Expertise with leading social analytics platforms, or demonstrated ability to navigate and learn new analytics tools quickly
• Analytics experience with the ability to translate data into clear and compelling stories
• Extremely detailed oriented with the ability to manage various projects at once
• Paid media buying or reporting experience, preferably on Snap or Twitter
• Proven track record of being highly resourceful, agile, and solutions-oriented
• Positive, can-do attitude and insatiable curiosity!
Additional Qualifications • Experience in improving workflows and processes
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in plain, easy-to-understand language
