Overview & Responsibilities
Are you ready for an exciting career change at one of the largest media companies in the world? Then we may have an incredible opportunity on the Paramount Home Entertainment team! We're looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team who will play an instrumental role supporting the domestic digital business for ViacomCBS TV-EST content.
Our ideal candidate will support the administrative execution of sales promotional strategies to increase revenue and distribution of TV content across digital transactional platforms. The Assistant Manager will report directly to the Vice President but will work closely with many internal partners.
Responsibilities
include but are not limited to:
• Assist in the creation of sales materials for customers
• Support sales initiatives for content by researching and gathering information on new and innovative developments on retailer store fronts and media platforms
• Work with cross functional teams including Brand and Customer Marketing, Creative, Sales and Operations to ensure timely communication and execution of sales programs
• Manage, format and collate release day 'placement' decks
• Generate and administrate Collections and Temporary Price Reduction 'avail' notices for content via the content management system
• Collect, coordinate, and distribute performance data including sales results, TPR and merchandising efficiency
• Monitor and analyze promotional performance and proactively identify further opportunities
• Update and maintain account specific deal trackers and templates as requested
• Administrate and support the ongoing operation of Salesforce, including training to become a ''power user''
Basic Qualifications
• 3 years' related experience, preferably in digital distribution and/or the entertainment industry
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office; must have excellent Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills

• Strong planning and organization skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Excellent time management skills; must be capable of prioritizing workload
