RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Effectively manage and interact with all methods and specifications of marketing deliverables for all acquisitions.
• Streamline asset ingestion and distribution by leveraging automation and available systems.
• Manage and update metadata schemas to capture both metadata and assets from internal systems and external partners. Refine and implement organizational systems (metadata, schema and dictionaries), and support new solutions for leveraging metadata and data workflow
• Manage OpenText user access & permissions, troubleshoot user-end issues, manage daily quality-control, and develop a deep understanding of API calls and other system integration.
• Service OpenText technical issues and aide in the application updating process.
• Alert OpenText users of any system outages, updates, or scheduled maintenance.
• Establish best practices for OpenText functionality and end-user accessibility.
• Lead OpenText system tutorials, trainings, onboarding, and expansion.
• Manage delivery of Series and Theatrical descriptions.
• Analyze and Synthesize OpenText metric and analytical data reports.
• Provide critical quality control over asset ingestion into SCARLET, ensuring metadata accuracy and completeness.
• Identify key areas for system workflow innovation and interface design to improve end-user experience..
• Manage digital publishing for all Key Art and Unit Photography to service OTT and streaming needs.
• Versioning and placement on key art layered files when required.
• Manage delivery of Series and Theatrical descriptions.
• Develop and support ongoing relationships with licensors, photographers, freelancers, independent agencies, and internal stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience in DAM/MAM environments.
• Strong project management, interpersonal, verbal & written communication and leadership skills - the ability to perform well under pressure.
• The ability to self-direct and perform a number of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Resourcefulness and improvisation skills.
• Strong technical skills
• Accuracy, excellent memory and eye for detail.
• Knowledge of current and evolving technologies across all media production.
• Strong understanding of competitive DAM platforms.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, OpenText, FileMaker Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, Digital Fusion, XMP, XML, and API workflows.
• Should be able to make qualitative decisions regarding content quality and relevance.
