Overview:
Our team is responsible for the creation and management of fantastic marketing concepts and executions to help promote Paramount Streaming programming, tentpole events, paramountplus.com, and our premiere streaming service: Paramount .
We are recruiting for an Art Director for the Motion Design team to collaborate with designers across all media. The Art Director has the ability to solve complex design challenges and direct creative visual solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Work closely and collaboratively with a variety of teams, while helping to ensure creative is high-level and on-brand.
• Coordinate various design projects from concept through delivery.
• Be skilled at guiding and building strong cross-platform creative.
• Be able to work independently and manage several projects simultaneously.
• Research ways to encourage the team with new methodology, tips, and tricks.
• Top level digital assets to be produced include various forms of digital advertising.
• NFL ON CBS, UEFA Champions League Soccer, College Football & Basketball and Pro Golf including both Masters & PGA Tournaments
• Shows from the Paramount family of brands including hits like Avatar & Spongebob Squarepants, VH1 hit RuPaul€™s Drag Race, MTV€™s The Challenge, and much more!
• The best Late Night TV featuring The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, The Daily Show with Trevor Noah and The Late Late Show with James Corden
• Incredible LIVE Specials like The Grammys, The Tonys and ACM Awards
Basic Qualifications:
• 7 years experience in digital, film or TV marketing and promotion, preferably at a streaming, broadcast or cable network, major studio or creative agency.
Additional Qualifications:
• Extremely proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and the ability to craft quickly.
• Be adept at working with internal and external clients to ensure successful implementation of projects.
• Ability to work optimally under tight deadlines - without sacrificing design quality or overall creativity.
• Detailed understanding of typography, composition, layout, color theory, and logo design to aid Paramount needs.
• A high-level creative design background, with developed conceptual and design skills.
• A versatile design background and a great selection of work that showcases a wide range of creative styles.
• Familiarity with popular streaming services and current TV marketing, advertising and programming trends.
• A curiosity about pop culture and understanding about the current trajectory of new media.
• Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, enthusiasm and a fine eye for detail.
• The ability to work both independently and with a team, and to mentor, encourage and lead others.
• Experience crafting for interactive entertainment marketing.
