Overview and Responsibilities
Are you someone who enjoys helping employees grow? Do you like to support solutions that allow employees to learn and develop? Then this may be the role for you! In this role you will be part of the Talent Operations Team as we provide support allowing the People Development Team build their magic. You will coordinate the day to day operations of our learning and performance applications. You will provide support and data requests when employee survey initiatives are launched. We will count on you to handle all of the day-to-day analytical and operations needs.
Position Responsibilities
Actively monitor, update and care for our People Development applications. Partner with HR Operations on data requests needed to support talent initiatives. Work with talent vendors on ensuring our employees can access the applications and extract out trends as requested. Work with the Technology Team on new talent applications.
Be part of key digital transformation activities in a techno-functional capacity that will see our organization re-invent the People Development technical ecosystem. If you thrive on crafting solutions, there will be no shortage of impactful work for you to leave your mark on.
Run ad hoc reports as requested by the Director of Talent Operations.
Interact with our Information Security Team on new vendor certifications.
Basic Qualifications
3 years of HR Operations experience, with a concentration within the Talent space.
Passionate about data and the stories you can tell with it.
Prior work in Cornerstone & SuccessFactors is ideal.
A curious attitude that is always looking at ways to learn and solution, for you there is no box to think outside of!
High attention to details and experience in handling large datasets.
Ability to synthesize large amounts of data & identify key trends.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with team members.
Additional Qualifications
Knowledge of principles and practices in HR preferred.
Hardworking teammate with an eagerness to tinker, learn and grow within HR Operations.
