Overview and Responsibilities
Join our incredible ViacomCBS Ad Solutions team! We are a leading innovative advertising organization that delivers the advertising revenue across all Viacom media brands using ground breaking research, data, partner marketing, and sales strategy approaches. We work creatively across all media platforms – TV, digital, social, experiential/ live events, emerging platforms; and all audiences – from young kids with the Nickelodeon brands, to Millennials with brands like MTV and Comedy Central; as well fans of TV Land!
Responsibilities
• Track inventory on Nickelodeon Networks in Excel spreadsheet
• Coordinate usage of ad time by internal departments (ancillary business, marketing, programming)
• Assist inventory Director with deal maintenance related to stewardship/post-buys
• Build Flowcharts for all media plans
• Monitor CPM guidelines for Upfront and Scatter deals in WO system
• Interact day-to-day with Sales Operations (traffic), IT, Research, Sales Planning, Marketing and Programming/Scheduling departments
• Work closely with Research and Programming to maintain selling schedule
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• 1 year network planning experience, media buying or ad sales experience
• Excellent computer skills, including Excel and Wide Orbit

• Ability to think strategically and forward-thinking. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to efficiently interact and communicate with various groups
• Quantitative and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal, relationship building and negotiation skills
